All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with access to private verandas. The master bedroom offers En-Suite bathroom. The whole villa is fully air-conditioned. There is a separate utility room and access to the loft.

The living room is air-conditioned and has a ornamental fireplace, dining area, comfortable sofas, Satellite TV and Free Wi-Fi. There are patio doors to the pool terrace.

The kitchen is air-conditioned and features a toaster, coffee maker, granite work top, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There is also a barbecue outside.

Villa Livia is a superb villa well equipped and comfortable. It was in a great location and within easy walking distance from the beach and some of the restaurants.
