The front door of this two-level villa leads to the open-plan living room with kitchen and dining area. The utility room, with washing machine and separate shower room, are also on the ground floor. A marble staircase leads to the top floor with a double bedroom and twin bedroom. (Both bedrooms are air conditioned and have French doors leading to large private balconies with spectacular views.) This floor also has a family bathroom with bath and shower. On the ground floor a separate entrance leads to the self contained master bedroom with en suite bathroom and French doors leading to the swimming pool terrace. The villa is secluded with private car parking.

Had a fabulous holiday in a lovely quiet villa. Had a great holiday and would highly recommend this villa.
Great view, location, quiet and fantastic swimming pool.
Perfect for a tranquil break and relaxation. I liked the area and the sea views from the terrace were appreciative. Villa Erasmia was perfect with absolutely no issues. It was spotlessly clean & well presented. Bedrooms are a good size, with plenty of storage space. Nice spacious outside area with garden, private pool, and terrace. Villa is in a very peaceful location only a 10-minute walk from the Vlachata and Trapezaki beach with a huge choice of restaurants shops, supermarkets, and entertainment. We loved alternating days between exploring different places and beaches and having relaxing days at the villa. Nice spend time at Trapezaki and Kanali Beach where we enjoyed tasting local food, drinking some of the local wines, swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling, etc. We had a nice holiday at the villa and Trapezaki and we will be returning again. Much gratitude to everyone that helped book and look after us before and during our stay.
