The kitchen is fully fitted with breakfast bar. There is also a guest WC / shower room. Heading upstairs you will find 3 separate bedrooms and a family bathroom with shower. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with wood flooring and access to private verandas. The master bedroom offers En-Suite bathroom. The whole villa is fully air-conditioned. There is a separate utility room and access to the loft.

The living room is air-conditioned and has a ornamental fireplace, dining area, comfortable sofas, Satellite TV and Free Wi-Fi. There are patio doors to the pool terrace.

The kitchen is air-conditioned and features a toaster, coffee maker, granite work top, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There is also a barbecue outside.
